Our workflow for replacing the xenon projectors
Before starting work, we check your headlight for any damage to rule out possible complications during the conversion.
Then we open the headlight by slowly and steadily heating the housing so that we can pull the lens out of the sealant groove.
After this step, we thoroughly clean the headlight so that no dirt will impair your vision in the future.
The projectors will be replaced; various modifications will be necessary for the cornering headlights.
After mounting the projectors, we replace the old headlight lens, or a new one if desired, in its original position using new brand sealant.
